arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of
funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits;
recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices;
staff assistance prior to, during, and following the funeral; including
coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g.,

also offer to mail you an information and a pre-arrangement form, enabling
you to begin the planning process in the comfort of your own home. You
