| Funeral Director & Staff Basic
Services |
|
| Our services include, but are not limited
to: consultation with family; arrangement and direction desired; preparation
and filing of required death certificate, notices, authorizations, and
consents; shelter of remains; coordinating with cemetery, crematory, or
others. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our
basic overhead.
The fee for our basic services and overhead
will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.
(This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate
burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) |

| Embalming |
| |
| Embalming is not required by law except
in certain special cases. If you select certain funeral arrangements,
such as a funeral with viewing, embalming may be necessary. If you
do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement
that does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or
immediate burial. |

and staff for visitation and/or viewing elsewhere, facilities and staff
for funeral ceremony, or equipment and staff for funeral ceremony elsewhere,
equipment and staff of committal service, hearse (within 25 miles), service
vehicle (within 25 miles), guest register book, acknowledgment cards, and
temporary grave marker. |
